Excelcare at Wayne is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse RN who is passionate about long-term care and committed to providing exceptional, person-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. This role plays a vital part in maintaining clinical excellence and resident well-being.

Location: 296 Hamburg Tpke, Wayne, NJ 07054.
Sign-on bonus: $3,000 for 3p-11p Full-time.

• Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
