* Job Description:
** - Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care! - Evaluate patients and assist physicians with cutting-edge procedures.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Identify patient priorities through comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans through ongoing assessments.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with skill and precision.
- Manage patient care efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide patient-centric care aligned with a professional nursing practice model.
- Other responsibilities as assigned to foster career growth.

* Skills Required:
** - Critical care experience preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC and Sensis preferred.

* Schedule:
** - 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 3x12 hour shifts (36 hours).
- No weekends or holidays unless on-call (on-call required).
- 13-week assignment.
** Essential Requirements:** - Must have Cath Lab experience.
- Function as an intra procedural RN responsible for:
- Documentation and administration of medications.
- Circulating minimally invasive procedures, such as LHC and PCI.
- Experience with equipment such as:
- IABP
- Impella
- Shockwave
- Various atherectomy devices.
- Preferred experience in vascular and/or neuro diagnostic interventions.
** On-Call Requirements:** - Willingness to cover on-call for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab (CCL).
- Minimal on-call coverage includes supporting cardiac procedures during off-hours and weekends.
- On-call would likely occur every 5 weeks or so, depending on staffing demands (subject to change).

- Required:
ASN.
- Preferred: BSN.
** Certifications & Licensure:** - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license required.
- BLS-AHA certification required.
- ACLS-AHA certification required.
- Telemetry certification required.
