* Job Description:
** - Exciting opportunity for a passionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team! - Evaluate patients and work alongside physicians to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on initial and ongoing assessments.
- Initiate patient assessments focusing on problems, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Execute therapeutic nursing interventions efficiently.
- Manage comprehensive care for patients in a supportive environment.
- Accurately document care per standards and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and facilitate integration of innovations in care delivery.
- Provide patient-centric care in line with professional nursing practice models.
- Embrace additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

** Minimum 2 years in Labor & Delivery (L&D).

** EPIC knowledge, Advanced AWHONN or EFM certification.
