* Job Description:
** - Join our innovative healthcare team as a
** Registered Nurse
** in a fast-paced
** Combined Procedural Unit (CPU)**! - Engage in evaluating patients and assisting physicians to deliver top-notch patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document individualized nursing care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Identify and prioritize patient needs through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care based on ongoing assessments.
- Initiate assessments based on patient problems, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
- Manage the care of patients with compassion and professionalism.
- Document patient care in accordance with established standards and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices and support innovations in healthcare delivery.
- Provide patient-centric care aligned with the professional nursing practice model.
- Embrace other duties and responsibilities as they arise.

* Qualifications:

* Experience:
** - Minimum of
** 1 year
** in an acute hospital setting required.
- ** 2+ years
** of critical care, pre-op, and Recovery/PACU experience strongly preferred.
- *
* Skills:
** - Strong background in
** Telemetry**.
- Must hold
** Telemetry certification**.
- PACU or ICU trained is a must.
- *
* Education:
**
- Required:
** ASN** (Associate of Science in Nursing).
- Preferred:
** BSN** (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- ** Licenses &
Certifications:
** - Valid
** NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license
** or multi-state compact license.
- ** BLS - AHA**
- ** ACLS - AHA**
- ** PALS - AHA*
* ** Language Requirements:** - Proficient in English (Read, Write, Speak).
