Compensation:
Up to $23/hr. (based on licensure and experience)

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)Qualifications:
- Active NJ CNA Certification

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and proper positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Take, record, and report vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to licensed nursing staff
- Provide basic nursing care under the direction of licensed nurses
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
- Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal service and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
- Communicate effectively with nurses and the care team to support coordinated resident care
