Compensation:
Up to $23/hr. (based on licensure and experience)

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)Qualifications:
- · Active NJ CNA Certification
- · Hard-working, excellent work ethic, reliable

- · Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- · Support residents with mobility, transfers, and proper positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- · Take, record, and report vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- · Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to licensed nursing staff
- · Provide basic nursing care under the direction of licensed nurses
- · Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
- · Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
- · Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- · Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently
- · Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- · Assist with meal service and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
- · Communicate effectively with nurses and the care team to support coordinated resident care
