Cimi Surgical (CIMI), a proud member of the Advanced Reconstructive Surgical Alliance (ARSA), the nation's largest plastic and reconstructive surgery network, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support its dermatology and skin pathology services in Bergen County, New Jersey.

A Private Practice Model with Academic-Level Collaboration

We are proud to offer a Priva-demic model that combines the autonomy and patient-centered approach of private practice with the collaborative, team-based environment and diverse clinical experiences often found in academic settings. As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll work alongside highly specialized physicians and advanced practice providers, contributing to exceptional patient care while expanding your clinical expertise through mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current national certification (AANP or ANCC)

  • Active or eligible New Jersey NP licensure

  • Established experience in general dermatology strongly preferred; NPs with an existing patient following are especially encouraged to apply

  • Comfortable managing a full scope of general dermatologic care, including medical visits and minor procedures

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, patient-first approach to care

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging between $125,000- $160,000 with final offer based on qualifications, experience, and existing patient base
