Leasing Specialist: Drive Occupancy & Resident

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Leasing Agent responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and resident retention strategies. You will perform all leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals. Core responsibilities include conducting community tours, processing applications, and managing lease renewals.

Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. This position requires a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property, as well as the ability to lift and carry weights in various physical conditions.
