Associate Chemist – Hair Care & Personal Care

We are seeking a motivated Associate Chemist to support the development and commercialization of innovative hair care and personal care products. This role offers hands‑on involvement in color matching, formulation, batch scale‑up, and stability testing within a dynamic GMP/GLP‑regulated environment.

• Perform small-scale batching and color matching to align products with market benchmarks
• Recreate and match existing product colors using approved raw materials and industry‑standard ingredient systems
• Support batch scale‑up from lab-scale to pilot production
• Conduct and manage stability testing, including sample pulls, documentation, and ongoing monitoring
• Assist in formulation development and optimization of shampoos and color systems
• Evaluate and test raw materials to ensure functionality, compatibility, and performance
• Maintain accurate experimental documentation using electronic data and document control systems
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline
• Knowledge of color matching and small-scale batching
• Knowledge of stability testing protocols and raw material functionality
