• Preparing menu items as per the given recipes, plate presentations, and specifications, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
• Completing all assigned prep work efficiently and setting up the workstation.
• Sanitary and safe food handling practices must always be followed.
• Clean and sanitize work area before, during, and after each shift.
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning projects to maintain a hygienic and organized kitchen environment.
• Verification of stock and setup of equipment are also critical tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
