• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition while assisting in food preparation procedures.
• Set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher for the duration of the shift.
• Keep the food line stocked with clean plates.
• Perform multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including work area and restroom cleaning.

• Minimum age 18.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move from place to place in the kitchen when necessary.
