Located in the retail space of a beautiful newly built luxury residential community in Hackensack, our café is designed to be a welcoming space where neighbors gather, conversations happen, and people can pause from the busyness of life.

We're looking for an experienced, energetic Barista/cafe support who loves serving people just as much as they love making exceptional coffee. If you're passionate about specialty coffee, creating memorable guest experiences, and believe that coffee can positively impact someone's day, we'd love to meet you.

• Craft high quality espresso beverages, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with consistency and care.
• Deliver warm, genuine customer service that makes every guest feel welcome.
• Build relationships with residents and guests by creating a friendly, neighborhood café experience.
• Open or close the café, following daily operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation.
• Restock inventory and help keep the café running smoothly.
• Proper cleaning and care of all equipment according to operation procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members; train them on drink menu.
• Work collaboratively with the owners and team to create an exceptional guest experience.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a coffee shop. (experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not mandatory).
• Barista certification or formal barista training is preferred but not mandatory.
• Availability to work weekday and weekend opening and/or closing shifts.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
• A genuine passion for coffee, people, and wellbeing.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy rushes.
• Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Excited to learn, grow, and help shape a new café from the ground up.
