As a Fulfillment Supervisor, you are a leader who helps direct a shared team of colleagues responsible for completing daily fulfillment tasks. You set high standards, motivate the team, and ensure all packages leave the store in pristine condition.

• Train and lead all colleagues to pick and pack orders, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Same Day Delivery (BOPS & SDD) within established time standards.
• Spend 50% of your time as an active member modeling packing behaviors.
• Allocate 25% of your time supervising through teaching, prioritization, task management, and resource allocation.
• Recognize and celebrate performance above standard.
• Promote an open door for concerns from coworkers at all levels.
• Ensure new hires complete all training, orientation, and transition into the culture.
• Partner with other store leaders to ensure successful execution of shared functions.

• Use workload projection tools and forecasts daily to plan workload completion.
• Achieve company compliance standards in all fulfillment metrics.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following all standards.
• Be the subject matter expert on all fulfillment applications and devices.
• Execute all fulfillment audit standards.
• Schedule self and staff to stay within workload hours.

• Serve as the key owner of the NPS question "order packed with thought and care".
• Spend significant time in the packing area to model and oversee quality.
• Audit outgoing packages to ensure highest standards and redirect the team as needed.
• Promote sensitivity to diversity and a harassment‑free environment.

• Participate in weekly workload planning and big day strategy meetings.
• Develop collaborative relationships with store leadership.
• Develop training for selling colleagues on key aspects of in‑store fulfillment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (encouraged).
• 1‑2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven communication ability with diverse groups.
• Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Self‑starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule with retail hours (day, evening, weekends, holidays).

• Prolonged periods of standing/walking.
• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment for transactions.
• Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs.
