• Stock merchandise:
  Lift case, place down, cut open, price mark items, lift out individual items, place on shelf, blocking, breaking down pallets.
• Change prices on merchandise:
  Remove item from shelf, remove old price, mark new price, replace item on shelf.
• Cleaning/Housekeeping:
  Dusting, washing.
• Other job functions as assigned or necessary.

Lifting: up to 60 lbs. 0–10 lbs. 30% of lifting day; 10–20 lbs. 60% of lifting day; over 25 lbs. 10% of lifting day.

Carrying: up to 60 lbs. Pushing U-boats: 200–300 lbs.;
Pulling: pallets (1000+ lbs.); six wheelers: 100–150 lbs.

Motions/Body movement:
Total body standing 90–100% of work hours; kneeling 0–30%; sitting 0–10%; bend at knee 10–40% repeatedly; bend at waist 10–40% repeatedly; twisting/turning; arms raising over head, over shoulder occasionally, over waist; hands grasping, twisting frequently, holding.

Freezer 0 degrees or below.
