Summary
Experienced cosmetics leader responsible for managing a brand counter within a department store setting. Oversees daily operations, drives sales performance, and ensures an exceptional client experience. Leads and develops counter staff while maintaining merchandising and inventory standards.
Responsibilities- Manage daily counter operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Coach, train, and schedule beauty advisors to meet sales and service goals.
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators and goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation is consistent.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention activities.
- 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading small teams.
- Strong product knowledge, clienteling skills, and customer service focus.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
