The position is fully onsite at the Hackensack store and requires flexibility for peak retail hours.

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide product recommendations.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and gift services accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock displays, and ensure floor readiness.
• Support inventory tasks, price verification, and loss‑prevention practices.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.
• Basic cash handling and POS experience with attention to detail.
