• Maintain visual merchandising, displays, and stock presentation for the shoe department
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Stay informed on product features, promotions, and inventory availability

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or women's apparel
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing light lifting
