Salem Press is a small business in Print & Electronic Media for the High School, College, and Public Library markets. We are highly regarded as a leading publisher of library reference materials in print and online.

• Manage and grow a territory by identifying and targeting new customers and opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
• Utilize Hub Spot to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions

• Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to clients
• Experience in account management and customer service

We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary of $35,000 plus commissions and incentives typically totaling $15,000-$25,000 per annum, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
