Position: Senior Sales Manager (557)

Hackensack, New Jersey, USA

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and consultants
  • Engage directly with architects and design teams to integrate automated parking solutions into project plans
  • Present technical and commercial proposals to executive-level stakeholders
  • Analyze client business drivers, financial considerations, and project constraints
  • Interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and executive leadership
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and activity tracking within CRM systems
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and site visits
  • Travel regularly throughout the East Coast to support business development efforts
Qualifications And Experience
  • Proven track record of leading and closing large-scale capital equipment or infrastructure projec
  • Strong experience selling into real estate development, commercial construction, or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior-level executives on the client side
  • Deep understanding of customer business considerations in real estate projects
  • Ability to work effectively with architects and technical design teams
  • Strong technical orientation, including the ability to read and understand drawings
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems, machinery, automation, and computerized control environments
  • High level of comfort working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities
  • Willingness to work hard and operate in a performance-driven environment
  • Charismatic, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
