Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service‑agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining a professional and safe work environment.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Vehicle must meet DOT requirements for a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service orientation and self‑motivation.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and teamwork skills.

The estimated total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, which includes a base salary plus earned commissions. The range is based on skill sets, experience, training, performance, and other business requirements.
