Northeast Power Dry is a fast‑growing restoration company helping homeowners recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused In‑Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners, provide restoration solutions, and close sales opportunities generated through company‑provided leads.
This is a field‑based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners in their homes following emergency property damage situations. No cold calling required — all leads are company generated.

What You’ll Do- Meet with homeowners at scheduled in‑home appointments
- Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions
- Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process
- Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with production and remediation teams to ensure project success
- Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams regarding project updates
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to new leads and customer needs
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, emergency service environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
- Ability to work overtime and occasional holidays as needed
- Restoration, construction, remediation, or other blue‑collar industry experience
- Experience working with insurance claims or property damage projects
- CRM or project management software experience
