About the role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is a division of the Adecco Group, a leading HR solutions provider. We specialize in temporary and permanent recruitment within accounting and finance.

As a Sales Executive you will prospect, cold‑call and generate new business, cultivate business relationships, negotiate, forecast, manage a territory, and partner with Fortune 500 clients to deliver staffing solutions.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient at cold‑calling, providing solutions, growing accounts, reviewing metrics, and delivering presentations.
• Manages time, sets priorities, meets deadlines, handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Builds relationships and interacts positively with all levels of people, staying current on labor & employment laws.
• Technologically inclined: proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Skilled communicator: delivers well‑received verbal and written messages in one‑on‑one and group settings.
• Self‑motivated and displays relentless competitiveness in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment.
• Exhibits the 4 H’s:

Anticipated salary: $65,000, with incentives based on performance. Locations:
California – $70,304;
New York City, Long Island & Westchester – $66,300;
Washington – $80,168.40.
