Job Overview

KJUS | Sales Support Specialist is a full‑time, remote, salaried, non‑exempt position. The role supports the sales team with on‑site presence at events, product knowledge clinics, merchandising, showroom assistance, and pivotal functions in tournament/seeding packaging and back‑end microsite monitoring.

• Field Sales Support (60%)
  • Attend golf, ski, and lifestyle trunk shows either in support of a Sales Representative or independently.
  • Conduct ski and golf product knowledge sessions for wholesale accounts throughout the U.S., including frequent visits to golf wholesale accounts to ensure proper merchandising of KJUS product and POS usage.
  • Exhibit functional knowledge of all KJUS product lines.
  • Attend regional trade shows and the PGA Show either in support of a Sales Representative or independently.
  • Actively represent the brand at ski events and retail partner locations to increase brand awareness, sell‑through, and account growth.
  • Actively support and lead sales support during showings as needed.
  • Assist with next season’s preview showings as needed.
  • Occasional evening and weekend event support.
• Office Support (40%)
  • Package tournament orders with superior attention to detail.
  • Prepare seeding packages for wholesale accounts.
  • Place seeding orders.
  • Monitor microsite activity for the region.
  • Collaborate with the Logo Department to ensure on time delivery.
  • Assist other departments with tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as a product demonstrator, trade show representative, or similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong relationship building and maintaining skills.
• Rep Spark experience preferred.
• Extended periods of sitting and/or standing, occasional lifting.
• Frequent travel.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).
• A passion for outdoor sports industry.

Pay Range: $44,643.00 – $53,739.00
