Summary
Part-time commission sales role focused on men's apparel and accessories. The Sales Associate delivers personalized service to drive sales and build client relationships. The role requires meeting sales targets while maintaining the sales floor and visual standards.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized service and style advice to clients to drive sales.
- Achieve individual sales and KPI targets on a commission basis.
- Build and maintain client relationships and clienteling activities.
- Maintain merchandise presentation, replenish stock, and manage fitting rooms.
- Process sales transactions, exchanges, and returns accurately.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 2+ years of retail or commission sales experience, preferably in menswear.
- Strong communication, styling, and clienteling skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
