Position: Golf Sales Specialist (Hackensack, NJ)

Job Location: HACKENSACK STORE - HACKENSACK, NJ 07601

Salary Range: $19.23 - $24.04 per hour

Job Summary

Golf Sales Specialists/Master Fitters & Builders work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. The role involves delivering in-depth club fitting knowledge and employing relational selling skills. Master Fitters also build networks, manage customer relationships, and assist with store operations as directed by their manager.

Essential Functions
  • Conduct innovative tour-level fitting experiences
  • Read, interpret, and explain data points in the club fitting process
  • Oversee customer relations by growing and maintaining fittings for studio and personal clients
  • Maintain brand standards by keeping the workplace up to studio standards
  • Operate technology including Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office
  • Build golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry
  • Utilize relational selling methods to grow business metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Compensation

The hourly rate for this role ranges from $19.23 to $24.04 per hour. Pay within this range is determined by factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs.

This role may also be eligible for commission and performance bonus pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance for eligible employees.

Qualifications
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required
  • 1+ year(s) of sales experience required
  • Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred
