Position: Outside Sales Rep - Payment Solutions

We’re looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing ISV Sales Team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What You’ll Own
  • Responsible for converting leads to sales from our ISV partners and self‑source payments opportunities.
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records in accordance with company policies, including call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
    Salesforce.
  • Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure a win.
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of current partnerships, product/service portfolio, and changes and developments within the ISV partner portfolio to remain up‑to‑date.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one‑on‑one meetings with leader.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
What You’ll Bring

  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
  • Enjoys cold‑calling and speaking with people face to face.
  • Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and partner management skills.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license required for regular driving to client sites.
  • Live in area relative to job posting location.
Bonus if You Have
  • Knowledge of Automotive, Medical, and Specialty Retail industries.
  • Prior experience in a B2B Sales role.
  • Prior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
Compensation

Annual On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+

Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000

Residual Income:
Keep earning from your hard work.

Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses:
Extra financial incentives for exceeding quota and achieving sales goals.
