Responsibilities
  • Market development for the above BROAD product lines in the New York Tri-State Region or other assigned U.S. territories
  • Achieve assigned sales revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Develop, manage and maintain a strong book of business and active project sales pipeline
  • Develop, manage and train regional channel partners and representatives
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals through close consultation with customer requirements and site conditions
  • Gather, analyze, and apply competitive intelligence to strengthen market positioning and win strategies
  • Track performance metrics with a result- oriented approach to ensure target achievement
  • Providing timely, clear, and actionable feedback to Company management on business opportunities, competitive threats, and customer issues.
  • Ability to travel with customers or coordinate with HQ colleagues for Factory Acceptance Tests when needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of HVAC sales experience with proven track record of revenue achievement
  • Mechanical Engineering or other technical discipline
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC/R mechanical, electrical, and piping specifications, drawings, and project designs to determine job scope of work requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and disciplined performance tracking
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently as required by projects
