Senior Sales Manager
The role focuses on business development and sales of advanced automated and mechanized parking systems across the East Coast. This position requires a combination of strong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers on complex real estate development projects
Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract execution
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and consultants
Engage directly with architects and design teams to integrate automated parking solutions into project plans
Present technical and commercial proposals to executive-level stakeholders
Analyze client business drivers, financial considerations, and project constraints
Interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and executive leadership
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and activity tracking within CRM systems
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and site visits
Travel regularly throughout the East Coast to support business development efforts
Proven track record of leading and closing large-scale capital equipment or infrastructure projects
Strong experience selling into real estate development, commercial construction, or related industries
Demonstrated ability to work with senior-level executives on the client side
Deep understanding of customer business considerations in real estate projects
Ability to work effectively with architects and technical design teams
Strong technical orientation, including the ability to read and understand drawings
Familiarity with mechanical systems, machinery, automation, and computerized control environments
High level of comfort working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities
Willingness to work hard and operate in a performance-driven environment
Charismatic, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts
Hands-on, disciplined, and execution oriented
Capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
