Job Summary
Full‑time Clinical Research Coordinator in Englewood Cliffs. Support daily management of clinical research protocols, ensuring thorough documentation, quality assurance, data entry, subject recruitment and management, CRF/eCRF completion, source documentation, conflict resolution, study training, and research meetings.
ScheduleFull time, 30+ hours per week. Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays during operating hours of 7AM–7:30PM. Flexibility to cover team needs is required.
Responsibilities- Attend investigator meetings and collaborate across teams.
- Ensure patients are scheduled and seen according to protocol requirements.
- Monitor patient visits and progress throughout the study; report status and updates to the principal investigator.
- Document drug/devices and supplies received.
- Prepare subject files.
- Multitask across multiple projects and offices and follow through on all ongoing tasks and office needs.
- Recruit patients for randomization into studies.
- Assist in special projects required by the Operations Team.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
- Maintain high level of clinical care and communicate best clinical practices.
- Previous healthcare experience required.
- Phlebotomy experience required.
- Strong initiative, judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- High level of critical thinking and innovative solution‑finding.
- Patience and excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and providers.
- Understanding of cosmetic and dermatologic practices, protocol design, informed consent, clinical trial design, study advertising, IRB communication, and patient randomization.
- Knowledge of the drug development process and concepts of clinical research.
- Ability to understand scientific and medical information.
- Quick learner, detail oriented, and eager to acquire new skills.
- Experience working with IRBs and handling investigational product.
- Ability to take basic vitals (blood pressure, temperature, respiration rate, pulse).
- Competencies in cross‑functional relationships, communication, decision making, execution/results, process improvement, interpersonal skills, and training skills.
- Advanced computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, presentation slides, and electronic data capture.

Pay RangeHourly pay range: $27–$33.
