Security Officer Luxury Store Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns;
Monitor assigned areas for policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or operational issues, and provide visible support that may help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity;
Assist with opening and closing procedures, directing foot traffic, and maintaining awareness of customer service needs and security-related conditions;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed
