Location: Flemington, NJ
DescriptionWe're Looking for a Full-Time Welder/Mechanic
Responsibilities- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed on construction equipment.
- Repair mechanical issues on a variety of construction machinery, including loaders, bulldozers, cranes, and excavators.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Experience as a Welder and Mechanic, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Strong mechanical skills, with knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrical systems.
- Certification in welding or mechanical repairs is an asset.
- A commitment to safety and attention to detail.
