Job Overview

Wet Sand & Buff Technician – Madison, WI. Support Paint Technicians by locating and removing imperfections on panels, treating scratches and chips, and providing a showroom shine.

• Locate and remove imperfections on vehicle panels
• Treat scratches and chips with appropriate steps
• Wet sand and buff panels to achieve a showroom shine

• 5 years of experience in paint chip repair, wet sanding and buffing
• Experience in a body shop environment
• Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed and attention to detail
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat and lift up to 15 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

Starting compensation: $21.00‑$23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience and geographic location.
