Responsibilities
Provides consumers with daily supervision, supportive counseling, and assistance with their activities of daily living skills.
Observes consumer self-administer their prescribed medication and provides daily medication education.
Facilitates social, recreational, and therapeutic activities with consumers.
Utilizes crisis intervention skills as required.
QualificationsBSW in social work, BA/BS in psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field.
BA in an unrelated field with two years of previous experience.
AA in a related field with two years of previous experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
