Who We Are:

Bergen’s Promise is the designated Care Management Organization (CMO) for Bergen County and a proud partner in the New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC). We are a mission-driven, nonprofit social service organization accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). We partner with youth up to age 21 and their families who may be navigating behavioral, emotional, mental health, substance use, and/or developmental challenges.

Our work is grounded in the Wraparound Model of Care, a family-centered and strengths-based approach that brings together each youth’s Child and Family Team to build upon the unique strengths, values, needs, and resources of the youth, family, and community.
