L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty is currently hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at its Somerset, NJ facility. You’ll work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, engineers, and management to ensure daily operations meet quality, safety, and production standards.

• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse and flow activities
• Lead daily team meetings and update communication boards
• Assign tasks and manage planned and unplanned staff callouts
• Schedule inbound freight and outbound finished goods deliveries
• Inspect and receive inbound shipments according to L’Oréal quality standards
• Collect and route inbound freight documentation for record keeping
• Support cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Optimize warehouse storage space and organization
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports using SAP, Flexnet, Excel, or Power BI
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks when required
• Operate forklift and scissor lift as needed
• Support warehouse security and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate with Engineering on upcoming structural changes
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety rules, and 5S standards
• Report operational issues to management
• Support special projects assigned by leadership

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with RF scanning systems
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle overtime when required
• Minimum 1 year of forklift and scissor lift experience
