About the Role

Warehouse Labor Management Group LLC is excited to announce an opening in our Shipping and Receiving department. This full‑time position is central to our operations and pivotal to ensuring that our workflow remains smooth and efficient.

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, manage inventory, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all orders. The role requires on‑site presence and is not remote.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
• Record shortages and reject damaged goods.
• Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise.
• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents and enter shipment information into the company database.
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean and organized according to company protocol.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with team members to enhance the efficiency of the shipping and receiving process.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist in the maintenance and reporting of warehouse delivery schedules and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

• Responsible for visual inspection of parts.
• Experience in Shipping and Receiving.
• Forklift driving certification.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
