Role Description
We are looking for a reliable, organized Shipping & Inventory Specialist to join our team on-site in Hackensack, NJ. This hands-on role is responsible for daily order fulfillment, managing outgoing packages, and keeping our stock levels accurate.
The ideal candidate enjoys an active work environment, operates with strong attention to detail, and is comfortable using digital systems to track inventory and process orders.
Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Safely pack, label, and prepare daily outbound orders with accuracy and care.
- Shipping & Logistics: Process shipping orders, create logistics labels, and ensure packages are ready for daily pickups.
- Inventory Management: Track outgoing stock using Google Sheets and locate/manage order details within Hub Spot.
- Warehouse Organization: Move inventory, manage boxes, and arrange pallets to keep the workspace efficient and organized.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift, move, and stack boxes weighing between 16 and 32 lbs throughout the workday.

Skills:
Basic familiarity with Google Sheets for inventory tracking and Hub Spot (or similar order systems). - Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy when checking order details, shipping labels, and inventory counts.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently in an active environment.

Pay: $17.00-$17.80 / hour
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
