HMI Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Hackettstown, NJ. This busy, family-owned shop offers $45,000–$75,000+ through a base-plus-commission pay plan, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a clean, team-oriented environment.

• Greet customers and manage the service intake process.
• Prepare and present repair estimates clearly.
• Present recommended services using a customer-focused approach.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain efficient workflow.
• Follow established shop processes and systems.

• 3–5 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to present and sell automotive services.
• Comfortable with estimating systems and computers.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop.
• Independent repair shop experience preferred.

• $45,000–$75,000+ through base pay + commission on gross profit.

HMI Auto Care is a family-owned, integrity-driven shop servicing approximately 50–60 vehicles per week with an average repair order of approximately $780. You’ll join a busy, organized team with steady workflow, a clean facility, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.
