Responsibilities- Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue; lead collaborative efforts with ecosystem partners.
- Proactively manage leads and generate referrals; grow business relationships under 2MM in sales revenue; translate client information into actionable sales strategies.
- Develop ecosystem leadership as a COI; coordinate with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
- Differentiated client experience and hospitality; solve client problems courteously and with urgency; act as advocate across departments.
- Support branch team in identifying opportunities and creating referrals; collaborate with Branch Manager and Business Banker.
- Build client loyalty and increase wallet share through lobby engagement and technology-enabled solutions.
- Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures; ensure accurate and efficient daily operations.
- Customer Focused – Leverage customer needs and satisfaction to create customized solutions.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $53,040.00 – $90,200.00. Salary may vary based on geography, market data, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
