Pay: $20-$22/hour
Duration- 4-6 mth with opportunity to be extended (if this were to go direct hire, salary is up to 65K)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a background in manufacturing or electronics to support daily customer interactions and order-related inquiries. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing questions related to orders, returns, and product issues
* Manage and resolve return requests, ensuring accurate processing and timely follow-up
* Route customer concerns and technical issues to the appropriate internal departments (e.g., operations, logistics, or technical teams)
* Track and document customer interactions, resolutions, and order updates within internal systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction
* Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all customer communications
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in customer service within a manufacturing or electronics environment required
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced setting
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
* Experience working with ERP systems preferred
Preferred
Skills:
* Familiarity with Epicor ERP is a plus (training provided)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
