Job Title: Customer Service Representative

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Fully in Office

Hourly: $22/hr

Job Summary:

LHH is working with a manufacturing company in Hackettstown, NJ to hire a temporary Customer Service Representative. The hours are Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5PM. The qualified candidate should have prior corporate customer service experience and strong technology skills.

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers
• Assist in resolving customer questions and concerns
• Escalate concerns as needed to the proper team
• Keep track of customer orders and activity in Epicor system

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of corporate customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in office five days a week
