What You’ll Be Doing- Greet customers and manage the service intake process
- Write and present estimates clearly and professionally
- Sell services using a consultative, customer‑first approach
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout repairs
- Manage workflow and keep things moving in a busy shop
- Follow established shop processes and systems
- 3–5 years of Service Advisor experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to sell services the right way (not pushy)
- Comfortable with estimating systems and computers
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Organized, reliable, and team‑oriented
- Independent shop background
- Strong sales performance with a customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to adapt to structured shop processes
