We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join us as a dental front desk member. This full-time position is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

The role of the front desk is critical as it serves as the first point of contact for our patients. It offers a perfect opportunity for individuals looking to make a significant impact in a patient-focused setting. The ideal candidate will have a hands‑on approach and a detail‑oriented mindset to manage various administrative tasks effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments as needed.
  • Manage multiple phone lines, providing pertinent information regarding services, and guide callers accordingly.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records with electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Handle administrative duties including, but not limited to, data entry, paperwork, and organizing records.
  • Expertise in insurance posting and verification within a PPO practice environment.
  • Engage in treatment planning and hold financial discussions with patients.
  • Utilize digital practice management software proficiently to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collect, post, and manage patient account payments, and prepare and review financial plans and bills.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain the dental office daily schedule efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the office environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a dental office or similar medical front office setting.
  • Fabulous communication skills – must be a people person.
  • A positive work ethic and a great attitude towards both co‑workers and patients.
  • Detail‑oriented with a knack for ensuring all aspects of the office operations are managed accurately.
  • A motivated, self‑starter ready to tackle challenges independently or as part of a team.
  • A dedicated worker and team player who values professionalism and punctuality.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse patient groups.
