- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Prepare detailed and accurate millwork estimates and takeoffs
- Price materials and labor
- Value engineer projects when needed
- Meet bid deadlines and maintain organized records
- Proven experience as a millwork estimator (minimum 3-5 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of custom and architectural millwork
- Ability to read shop drawings and architectural plans
- Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
