• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years' experience in electronic power conversion development, with proven expertise in switch‑mode power supply designs.
• Proficient in design tools such as PSpice and Mathcad.
• Experienced in resolving EMC issues and familiar with high‑frequency magnetic component design and microcontroller circuits for power electronics.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.

• Experience with agency compliance (UL, CSA, VDE, CE) and battery management systems.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, innovative workplace.
