Pharmacy Technician II - Per Diem - Hackettstown Medical Center

Job Description

Responsible for filling prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist in the Hospital Pharmacy. Processes records of medication and equipment dispensed to hospital patients, computes charges, and enters data in the system. Implements inventory control processes and systems, and orders stock and merchandise within regulatory guidelines.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.
• PTCB or NHA certification active or acquire within 6 months of hire.
• Current active registration with the State of NJ Board of Pharmacy required.
