JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for producing cross-section images of patients' internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. Interprets a physician's scanning instructions, administering contrast materials, preparing and operating the CT scan equipment, and position the patient to capture the appropriate images.
Principal Accountabilities- Accredited educational program related to the radiology field and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Associate's degree in Applied Science in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Licensed by the State in Diagnostic Technology.
- CT Certification preferred
