Insotel Hotel Group is a renowned hotel chain in the Balearic Islands in full growth. Your main function within the company will be to support and collaborate with the Head of Restaurant in planning, organizing, and controlling the set of activities and resources of the restaurant department, with the aim of optimizing the internal management of the processes of the area and the performance of the team, ensuring, at all times, the quality of service and food safety for the benefit and satisfaction of the client.

Your main functions will be:
Collaborate and substitute the head of restaurant in the tasks proper to the same. Organize, direct, and coordinate the work of the staff under your charge and the set of activities of your area. Planning of the activity and control of results. Management of the supply of the restaurant department. Customer service during the provision of the different services. Other tasks proper to the department.
