Senior HR Generalist

The Senior HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting key HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.

Description Handle employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.

Support payroll and benefits administration as needed. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving company culture and employee satisfaction. Profile 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with strength in employee relations and performance management Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations and manage complex employee issues Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance Experience leading training programs and managing LMS platforms Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels Preferred: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification

Experience with ADP and/or Skill Soft is a plus Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually. 5 days on-site in Warren county, NJ. Comprehensive benefits package.
