Join a dynamic team supporting order management, shipping, and international operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain, ERP systems, and customer operations. Ideal for candidates with some experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Order entry, order processing, and quotation management

+ Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and courier shipments (domestic & international)

+ Provide customer support including order status, shipment tracking, and inquiries

+ Manage CRM data entry and ERP transactions

+ Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA)

+ Follow up on payment pending orders

+ Coordinate internally with Sales, Operations, and Service teams

+ Support month-end close, reporting, and documentation (IQ/OQ)

+ Assist with specialty shipments, training events, and promotional materials

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's a plus)

+ 1+ years experience in logistics, order processing, customer service, or supply chain

+ Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook skills

+

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), CRM systems

+ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability
